One of the things that I love about the radio is that you can turn it on and and hear the song that completely fits your mood, and you didn't even know it until you programmed your dial.
You can choose an album you want to listen to, very easily, and think that it's what you prefer to listen to. Out of all of the thousands of songs, or records, or cd's, that you own, you think that you want to listen to that one thing. Listening to the radio is like playing the lottery, and when you're feeling real down, sometimes you win big in a way you cannot project by picking your own tunes.
The particular song in question is "Sinnerman" by Nina Simone. And it could not have been more perfect for the time I decided to switch it on.
